    We held our wedding at this Hotel two years ago, and this was our third stay, this time with children. The baby room facilities were well equipped, which was great.The hospitality was excellent, and we also received the IKYU Diamond member benefits. I think it was a perfect Hotel stay.

    It was our first stay, and it was wonderful. Our grandchildren were noisy and may have caused inconvenience, but you were kind and never once looked displeased. The sanshin performance and live music were fantastic. The tea room cakes were delicious, and the masala chai was absolutely amazing. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
