We stayed here with our dog.Both the bath and the food were excellent. Above all, every staff member was wonderful—during check-in and check-out, in the dining area, and even when we passed each other in the hallway, everyone greeted us with a smile, which left a great impression. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for seeing us off in the rain on our departure day.
ゲスト 4/9/2026It was my first stay in about 10 years. Just as I remembered, the room, the view, the meals, and the Onsen—everything was completely satisfying. Above all, the staff’s bright smiles and thoughtful hospitality (including international staff) were wonderful and made our trip even more memorable. One small disappointment was being directed to a parking lot away from the Hotel despite there being plenty of space right in front, but the Shuttle Service driver kindly shared the quickest route to New Chitose Airport, and we enjoyed a pleasant chat during the short ride. I look forward to staying again. Thank you very much for everything.

The top-floor "Panorama Sky Open-Air Bath TENQOO" offers a breathtaking view, blending seamlessly with Lake Toya as if the Onsen flows into the lake. The 9th-floor "Scenic Large Public Bath EZOFUJI" features options such as reclining baths, standing baths, and aromatic baths. Private open-air baths are also available, offering exceptional views for a more intimate experience.
All 164 rooms offer a full lake view. Choose from the casual "Spa Resort Wing," featuring Standard Twin, Single rooms, and a pet-friendly floor, or the premium "Nono no Kaze Club," offering rooms with private open-air baths and special suites. Select the perfect room to suit your travel needs.
The highlight of Nono no Kaze Buffet is the abundance of live-cooked dishes prepared at open kitchens for Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines. The menu changes four times a year, offering seasonal dishes.
We showcase and sell carefully selected items in a gallery-like setting. From glassware crafted at a Toya workshop to high-quality leather goods from local Hokkaido manufacturers, as well as products featuring the Nono-Fu Resort logo, these make perfect souvenirs.
