A Hawaii-style resort where the whole family can enjoy a variety of Onsen baths fed by an abundant flow of hot spring water.

Symbolic Tower of Future Vision: "Spa Resort Hawaiians Monolith Tower" A massive stone pillar with pure white walls reflecting sunlight and deep black walls that seem to draw you in. The concept is "Hawaiian & Spa," offering not just a Hawaiian style but an advanced Neo-Japanesque resort unique to Hawaiians.

  • About 20 years ago, I visited Hawaiians with my mother-in-law and my sons, and this time I was able to travel there with my 5-year-old grandchild. I had my sons watch the movie “Hula Girls,” so everyone was truly moved by the show. The Hotel arranged connecting rooms for us, and we really enjoyed our time together as a family. The food was delicious with a great variety, and we enjoyed both the pool and the Onsen for two days—“Hawaii without getting on a plane” was simply wonderful. My grandchild keeps asking to go again once they’re tall enough to ride the slides. We’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

  • I traveled here with my 7-year-old daughter six months ago and loved it so much that this time my husband joined us.The space, updated since I last visited 25 years ago through a company benefit program, is truly fun and exciting. We played to our heart’s content in the slider pool, refreshed ourselves in the free-flowing Onsen (great water quality!), and enjoyed a delicious buffet meal! And at night, the Polynesian show. This isn’t Hawaii, but to me it will always be the forever Joban Hawaiian Center (meant as a compliment). It’s a place that makes you feel at ease.My mother (in her 70s), who was supposed to stay with us this time, couldn’t make it due to scheduling issues, so we plan to return again soon. That’s how enjoyable this place is.What’s great about Monolith TowerThe Room is clean, the large public bath is also clean, and the food is delicious. (Both Hawaiian dishes and local specialties are excellent!)When making your Reservation, if you request a “lower floor,” you won’t get frustrated waiting for elevators.Using the stairs and escalators makes it stress-free.We’ll be back.

A grand, free-flowing hot spring Facility with a discharge rate of 5,500 liters per minute and a usage rate of 560 liters per minute. “Sumi-no-Yu” is inspired by the network of mine tunnels that represents the origins of Spa Resort Hawaiians. With its square-based design and many cozy corners to settle into, it offers a comfortable, relaxing bath. “Uzu-no-Yu” is designed with a spiral shell motif—symbolizing reincarnation—found in Polynesia, reflecting the land where Hawaiians’ history has accumulated. This bath exists today thanks to the resort’s long history on this site. Sumi-no-Yu and Uzu-no-Yu switch between men and women at 4:00 a.m., allowing you to enjoy two baths with distinct atmospheres. A steam sauna and dry sauna are also available.

Remarks
Edo Romance “Yoichi” Soaring ceilings, white walls, black-lacquered pillars, and well-worn antique wooden floors. This Onsen Facility recreates the atmosphere of Edo by drawing inspiration from Edo-period streetscapes and traditional bathhouses. With a total bathing area of 1,000 m² for men and women combined, it is the world’s largest open-air bath. The name “Yoichi” comes from Ise no Yoichi, who opened Japan’s first public bathhouse in 1591 in the early Edo period. In addition to excellent water quality and an abundant supply of hot spring water, you can enjoy a truly distinctive Onsen experience through a variety of productions that let you fully immerse yourself in Edo ambiance. While soaking in the open-air bath, you can watch scenes of refined Edo-era parlor entertainment through shadow puppetry. Accessible via the connecting passageway from Monorista Tower.
