  • Bringing my parents along

    I stayed with my elderly parents. Since my father cannot walk much, he was looking forward to staying at a Hotel with a great view and enjoying delicious meals. Although the weather was not very good, he was impressed by the Naruto Bridge visible from our Room. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and he finished everything.The in-room bath had handrails and steps, so even with weak legs and hips he could soak slowly and comfortably.For me as well, it became a very happy trip where I could show my appreciation to my parents. I am truly grateful to all the Facility staff for their kindness.

  • Hotel Ridge

    It was a wonderful Hotel. I was very satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals. The Room was spacious and spotless. The in-room amenities were Bvlgari Eau Parfumée. Whenever I went to the Onsen, I was the only one there—almost like having it privately reserved. The Onsen provided MIKIMOTO shampoo and other toiletries, as well as Otsuka Pharmaceutical skincare products. I would love to stay again.

[Our Measures for Guests] - Alcohol-based sanitizer is available throughout the property, and we ask guests to disinfect their hands. - We ask for your cooperation with a temperature check upon arrival. - We ask you to complete a health checklist. - Acrylic partitions are installed at areas where staff assist guests face-to-face, such as the front desk. - Vehicles used for on-site Shuttle Service are fitted with a partition between the rear seats and the driver’s area.
