I stayed here back when it was the former Auberge Tobe, and at that time the meals didn’t suit my taste. I heard the management had changed, so I came back. The Room was comfortable. The plentiful towels and the bed that lets you sleep soundly were just as good as before. The in-room drinks were genuinely delicious—unlike the coffee beans before, which tasted oxidized. Drinks in the refrigerator were also free of charge. And then dinner—I was truly impressed. It was a carefully prepared, delicious meal. I felt so happy and ate until I was completely full. Breakfast was also thoughtfully made and wonderful from the start of the day. I will definitely return.

Fresh seafood nurtured by the Seto Inland Sea, crisp local vegetables grown with pure spring water, and freshly harvested produce from our own garden. Among these, the unforgettable culinary experience is highlighted by dishes featuring fresh fish directly sourced from renowned fisherman Junichi Fujimoto, praised by chefs across the whole country, served on our original Tobe porcelain.

Bicycle and fishing rod rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy your time surrounded by magnificent nature, free from the hustle and bustle of daily life. During your stay, you can also experience pottery making at a nearby Tobe-yaki gallery. *Pottery experience requires prior Reservation.
