I always enjoy a comfortable stay here. This time, the heating in my Room wasn’t working well and it took a long time to warm up, so I contacted the front desk and they responded quickly. They promptly prepared another Room for me and arranged a move, and even provided a small heater in case the new Room hadn’t warmed up yet.Thanks to the staff’s courteous support, I was able to spend the rest of my stay comfortably. Thank you very much. The Annex staff are always kind and pleasant to deal with, which I really appreciate. I look forward to staying again.
azukidog 2/9/2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a Room with an open-air bath.Both the Onsen and the meals were excellent.The reason for 4 stars is that some points differed from the website (no chairs on the balcony, and the smoking area location had changed).With a few exceptions, most of the staff provided wonderful service.It has become an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again.
