We offer guided experiences in horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, nature watching, nature photography, and even authentic hunting, all led by expert guides specializing in the outdoors of Hokkaido and Doto. Hotel Hazel Grouse Manor Outfitters in Hokkaido's Doto region is a professional team of outdoor sports experts. Our guides, each specializing in their respective fields, will coordinate a variety of activities for you to enjoy.

We offer authentic French and Italian cuisine that highlights the rich terroir of Eastern Hokkaido. Featuring seafood, wild vegetables, herbs, freshly cultivated vegetables, berries, as well as game dishes such as wild duck, Ezo grouse, and Ezo deer, we welcome you with unique dishes exclusive to our Hotel.
