This was my first stay, and I was truly impressed by what a wonderful Hotel it is! The building itself may be older, but it is beautifully maintained, and I had a very comfortable stay.The meals were absolutely delicious, and I could really feel the care put into each dish. The staff were excellent, the Onsen was very relaxing, and my trip with my mother became a truly special experience.I sincerely appreciate the effort to provide such high quality at a reasonable price.I would love to stay again. ひとみさん@ 3/18/2026This time, we planned a 3-day, 2-night trip to enjoy Mount Fuji at Kiyosato Highlands and Lake Kawaguchi. For the first night, we made a reservation at the highly-rated Kiyosato Highlands Hotel. We enjoyed the staff's excellent service, spacious and well-cleaned room, a delightful French dinner after a long time, and Japanese porridge for breakfast the next morning. From our room, the view of Mount Fuji beyond the mountain range was breathtaking. In the open-air bath, we met someone who has been a regular visitor for 10 years; during dinner, our neighboring table guests mentioned it was their fifth year visiting—both comments were very convincing. Being early winter, it was incredibly quiet and made for an exceptional stay.
