This is my second stay with the Kamenoi Hotel group, and both times the views from the front desk, dining area, and Room were amazing.The food was great in both taste and portion size, and the late-night tantanmen served at night was especially delicious.One issue: this time check-in was self-service via a machine, but no matter how many times I entered my name, it kept showing an error. Even after trying 4–5 times or more and failing each time, I was repeatedly told by staff to enter my name again, which was disappointing.In the end I was able to check in successfully, but if it doesn’t work after a few tries, I would have liked staff to respond promptly—such as offering a seat while they handled it.I think it just happened this time; aside from that one point, it was a truly satisfying stay overall, including the drink service in the lounge.I’d love to stay again.
