[Notice of On-Site Facility Construction and Scheduled Power Outage]
Due to in-house Facility construction and equipment inspections, we will be changing the operations of some facilities and conducting scheduled power outages during the periods below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide a safer and more comfortable stay.
■ Restaurant closures due to renovation work
● Japanese Restaurant “Sai” – Interior renovation
[Work Period] February 16 (Mon), 2026 – March 16 (Mon), 2026
Service will be provided at the adjacent “Roy’s Sushi Bar”.
*Please note that seating is more limited than at “Sai,” so wait times may be longer than usual.
Closed.
● French & Teppanyaki “Four Seasons” – Floor renovation
[Work Period] April 1 (Wed), 2026 – April 24 (Fri), 2026
The Healthy Sunrise Buffet will be served daily at the overwater restaurant “Coral Sea View.”
Closed.
French cuisine will be served at Restaurant “Anvil House.”
Teppanyaki service will be suspended.
*During the work period, the adjacent “Four Seasons Bar” will operate as usual.
■ Scheduled power outage due to periodic inspection of electrical receiving/substation equipment
To conduct a periodic inspection of our electrical receiving/substation equipment, scheduled power outages will take place on the following dates:
● March 23 (Mon) – March 24 (Tue), 2026 / 23:00–5:00
Areas affected: Lobby lighting / Restrooms on Floors 1 and 2 / Guestroom corridors / Laundry corners on each floor (including ice machines)
*Elevators will remain available.
● March 24 (Tue) – March 25 (Wed), 2026 / 23:30–5:00
Areas affected: All in-room electrical systems (lighting, TV, in-room air conditioning, refrigerator, bidet toilet seat, Wi‑Fi, etc.)
*Toilet flushing can be operated using the manual lever.
*Two front-side elevators will be out of service.
On both days, emergency lighting and fire safety systems will operate as normal.
