  • I was very satisfied.

    Although it was only for one night, every staff member who assisted us from check-in to check-out provided excellent service. The paid large public bath was also very relaxing, with great views and high-quality hot spring water. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a wide variety, and the next time we stay in Sapporo, we will gladly choose this hotel again.

  • This is a wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed for two nights. It’s a truly wonderful Hotel. First of all, all the Hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We were assigned an Executive Room. The Room isn’t very large, but it was extremely comfortable. All amenities were color-coded, so even with two people staying, it was easy to tell whose items were whose—very convenient. We really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. The pajamas were a separate top-and-bottom set and very comfortable to wear. We didn’t use it this time, but the bathroom also had a separate washing area and looked easy to use. We used the spa (public bath). It was spacious with a great view, and the relaxation area had a lovely atmosphere as well. There were hair dryers from three different brands available to try, which was a nice touch. The breakfast quality is outstanding—excellent selection and taste across the board. It’s a beautiful restaurant where you can enjoy the view, and we had such a pleasant breakfast experience from the start of the day. When we visit Sapporo again, we will definitely stay here again, and we would confidently recommend this Hotel to family and friends. Thank you very much for your hospitality—we are grateful to all of the Hotel staff.
