    Recommended Hotel for Guests with Dogs

    This was my second stay, and the Hotel staff's service was truly excellent, making my stay very pleasant. They are very friendly to dogs, and basic amenities are well provided. (I made the reservation for my dog by phone.) It is also conveniently located near Tokyo Station.

    The best Hotel!

    We stay at the property every time for our grandchild's birthday or any celebration. We are truly grateful for the heartwarming service, including room upgrades. Every time we stay, we think that the service and value for money here are the best among hotels. As our grandchild grows and becomes busier, we wonder how long we can go together, but it seems that they will always want to come to this hotel. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful time again this time.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night in mid-December. The accommodation cost was as expected, but I was surprised by the room that far exceeded my expectations. First of all, the spaciousness, location, service (champagne), bed size, comfort, amenities, and suite service were all excellent. I would definitely like to stay at another Four Seasons.

    The counter staff are very welcoming and kind. Everything was perfect except for waking up to the sound of the train at 6 a.m. every morning.

    The best hotel ever!

    We stayed for my grandchild's birthday. It was a wonderful birthday with room upgrades and cake service. This hotel always feels homey, and it seems like they are watching my grandchild grow with us. I've stayed at various hotels before, but I think this is the best in terms of service and staff response. I'm grateful for the wonderful memories we made at the end of the summer vacation. Thank you very much.

    It was a stay for an important anniversary, but...

    It was a stay for an important anniversary, but it turned out to be a very disappointing memory. Although we had informed them in advance that it was for an anniversary, there was no mention of it from the staff at the very simple front desk during check-in, which made us anxious about whether they were aware, and we had to confirm it later. The facility has been renovated, but the age is noticeable. The bed was comfortable. The shower room leaked water, leaving the outside flooded. Whether due to a shortage of staff, neither room service nor the restaurant could be reached by phone, and we ended up resolving everything by calling the front desk. Regardless of the staff's nationality, our requests were not conveyed well, and we had to communicate them multiple times. The grand maison in the hotel might be difficult to understand unless you are accustomed to eating high-end cuisine regularly. The French toast at breakfast is extremely delicious. We hope they can provide services that match the pricing.

    We made wonderful memories.

    I visited after several years. Although I was informed in advance that a connecting Room would be difficult, I was pleasantly surprised to find it prepared upon arrival. Thanks to this, our comfort level increased, and the children had a wonderful time. The Plarail Plan was also excellent; the kids enjoyed it from the moment we entered the Room after check-in until just before check-out. Thank you very much! In addition to Plarail, there were other toys that delighted the children, allowing them to enjoy their favorite activities while giving me some relief as well. We look forward to visiting again as a family. Thank you for your hospitality!

    It was comfortable.

    I visited after several years, and it was wonderful. While there were some changes in amenities compared to before, the excellent service from the staff remained unchanged and they were very kind. There are many great hotels near Tokyo Station, but I think this is an ideal Hotel for family stays. Thank you for your hospitality!

    It was contrary to expectations.

    I stayed in June. I have stayed at various hotels in Japan, but I regretted not having the opportunity to stay at your hotel. This is because I had a good impression from my long-term stays for work in Vancouver and Sydney. Unexpectedly, I was able to fulfill that wish this time, but it was completely disappointing. We stayed in a corner suite for over 150,000 yen for two people, but there were almost no amenities, and although the lack of a welcome drink can be overlooked, there were only a few towels, and the nightwear was poor. The room layout was inconvenient, with no table to place things on, and the flow between the toilet, bathroom, and washroom seemed like an afterthought, making it as inconvenient as a poorly designed country inn. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a limited selection and nothing particularly tasty, which shattered my expectations. The only saving grace was that the staff's attitude was as good as in Vancouver, but I have no intention of staying at that price again. I fear that the brand will become buried among the many hotels. It's disappointing.
