We had a wonderful stay.
We stayed with my in-laws.Since they couldn’t move around much physically, it was great to be able to enjoy the museum and lounge inside the Hotel. All the staff were kind, and it’s a Hotel we’d love to stay at again.Personally, I was especially impressed by the blue marble columns. It was soothing for the eyes, body, and mind.

A place I want to etch into my life.That’s how much I love Hotel Kawakyu.Why am I drawn to it so deeply?The almost obsessive passion poured into its creation,and the overwhelming energy of those who built it,come through vividly from this Hotel as a work of art.“The people who created another world”They are truly the coolest.There are more reasons I love it, too.This time again, we received such warm hospitality.The surprise touches took my breath away.My friend, visiting for the first time, was delighted and had a wonderful time,and we were even introduced to an adorable staff member—our circle grew, and I feel truly lucky.I tried a facial at the spa for the first time.Because I have sensitive skin, I asked for a gentle treatment,and with such soft pressure, every part of my face relaxed.Thank you for an exquisite experience.Once again, it was a fully satisfying stay overall.I’m grateful to all of your staff.
