I stayed in a room with club lounge access again, and I was delighted to be greeted with a warm "welcome back" at check-in. They even remembered my birthday, offering kind words of celebration along with a thoughtful surprise in the room, including a message card. The heartfelt hospitality truly touched me. The club lounge offered delicious champagne and cocktails, as well as high-quality cuisine that left me very satisfied. The Japanese breakfast in the morning was also excellent. One suggestion would be to make it easier for those with presbyopia to order via QR code; it would be appreciated if champagne refills could still be served directly at the table like before. The room's white and marine blue color scheme was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable; however, it was inconvenient that only one side of the bed had an outlet for charging smartphones, and the slow Wi-Fi was disappointing.

They even received doll gifts, and both were thrilled—they took them along everywhere throughout the trip!We also wanted to unwind from our daily routine and relax in the lounge, and it had such a calm atmosphere. We enjoyed both afternoon tea and alcoholic drinks, and were able to truly take our time.Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t go out much, but the Hotel’s kids’ park and stamp rally made the children very happy as well.Thank you very much.
