I stayed here with my elderly mother.We relaxed and enjoyed the Onsen at a leisurely pace, and ate our fill with the main dish plus a buffet-style meal.Many of the staff were from overseas, but they were well trained and provided pleasant service.Next time, I’d like to visit during a slightly warmer season.Thank you very much.
ちぷたろう 2/18/2026I stayed here with my husband in January. We have visited Nasu many times, but this was our first time at this Hotel. A Hotel set within a ranch has walking paths and is surrounded by nature. I think visiting in early summer would offer a different kind of enjoyment.There was a small shoulder bag in the Room (it was convenient for carrying valuables to meals or the bath).Having two keys was great!The Japanese-style Room was close to the bath.I would have liked hair-care amenities.It was nice not having to carry towels around.I wish there had been some tea snacks in the Room.I’d prefer the welcome drink to be free.The Onsen was great.We also enjoyed the meals.Thank you for a wonderful time!!

This is a private Onsen with natural hot spring water directly flowing from a newly excavated source on the hotel premises. The clear blue "Aozora" colored water is known as the "Miracle Hot Spring," with its color changing mysteriously due to various natural conditions. Rich in sodium sulfate, chloride, and bicarbonate, this Onsen is also called the "Beauty Bath" or "Skincare Water," as it works like soap to remove dead skin cells and impurities from pores. Additionally, it promotes a refreshing sensation by enhancing moisture evaporation from the skin after bathing, earning it the name "Refreshing Bath." With a source temperature of 48.6°C and a pH level of 7.5, this hot spring water is abundant in metasilicic acid and metaboric acid for enhanced skincare benefits—enjoy its rejuvenating effects!
The large public bath was renovated on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Enjoy a more comfortable and pristine bathing experience. The changing room has been completely revamped into a clean and relaxing space. Equipped with Dyson tower fans and Tanita scales, we also provide "Nasu no Ishimizu" spring water for you to enjoy after your bath. At the basin area, you'll find makeup remover, lotion, emulsion, and now newly added Dyson hair dryers. The shower heads in the public bath feature "Mirable," enhancing thermal effects, while the stairs leading to the open-air bath have been designed with safety in mind for a more comfortable experience.
