I stayed the night before a family event, and I was so satisfied that I wished I could have stayed longer. The location is excellent, and after arriving by Shinkansen I was already exhausted when I got to Osaka Station. It would be even more convenient if there were a way to enter directly from the ticket gates on the 2nd floor, without having to go down to the 1st floor and then take the Hotel elevator up to the front desk. Also, I stayed on the Granvia Floor—would it be possible in the future to check in at the lounge as well as check out? (For example, having staff open access with a card key?) I would appreciate it if you could consider this. I deducted one star each for the slow elevators and for my dissatisfaction with check-in, but otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
花mama 3/29/2026This was my first stay.It’s very convenient—about a 5-minute walk from the Maru Building, where the Itami Airport limousine bus arrives and departs, and it’s also directly connected to Osaka Station.It was extremely convenient for shopping, sightseeing, dining, and getting around.The luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very helpful. The Room was a triple, but it was spacious enough.The staff were efficient and left a very positive impression.
