Enjoy three different abalone dishes featuring a variety of textures and aromas.
・Abalone Sushi
A satisfyingly firm bite and the ocean’s aroma that deepens with every chew. Enjoy one whole piece of exceptionally fresh abalone sushi, expertly crafted by our chefs.
・Abalone Tempura
Crispy on the outside and surprisingly tender inside. Heating brings out abalone’s distinctive umami and springy texture—best enjoyed freshly fried.
・Herb Butter-Grilled Abalone
Rich butter and fragrant herbs bring out the full potential of abalone. A refined dish that pairs perfectly with alcoholic beverages.
In addition, dinner at Dogashima New Ginsui features over 80 menu items,
including freshly caught seafood from Shizuoka, seasonal mountain delicacies, and a wide variety of desserts.
Plus, during dinner you can enjoy all-you-can-drink alcohol and soft drinks!
Approximately 20 beverages—including draft beer, highballs, lemon sours, shochu, wine, and soft drinks—are available free-flow.
