Located in the heart of Osaka's business district, Umeda, directly across from JR Osaka Station, our location offers exceptional convenience. Surrounding Hilton Osaka are notable attractions such as Hilton Plaza West, Herbis ENT, Osaka Shiki Theatre, and Billboard Live Osaka, featuring world-class brand shops and entertainment Facilities. Additionally, it provides excellent access for sightseeing, with Kyoto approximately 30 minutes and Kobe about 20 minutes away by train from JR Osaka Station. The large commercial Facility "Grand Front Osaka," situated on the north side of Osaka Station, is also within a 5-minute walking distance.
Check-in was after 9 PM for a one-night stay, so it wasn't very relaxing, but I enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
AzAt 1/15/2026As expected of the Hilton brand, the room size, decor, and Facilities such as the bath and toilet, as well as the amenities, were all appropriately well appointed. However, it was my first time in my life staying at a Hotel of this class and having to wait more than ten minutes for breakfast. Also, the buffet layout was problematic—some items were placed so low you had to bend down to reach them, and others seemed difficult to access for shorter guests. Combined with other factors, this created long lines just to get food. The staff also seemed unable to move around easily, creating a negative cycle. Rather than simply being a busy time with many guests arriving at once, it felt like flaws in the food placement caused bottlenecks and delays in serving themselves, ultimately reducing turnover. Since the staff were polite and clearly doing their best, it was disappointing to see.
