All 291 guest rooms, located on the high floors from the 24th to the 37th floor, offer stunning views of Osaka city. From April 2024, renovations will be carried out under the theme of "Inheritance and Renewal," blending the refined elegance and homely feel of European classics with a modern sophisticated design to create a comfortable and pleasant space. In the Club Lounge, dedicated concierges promise guests unique and memorable experiences. Since opening as Japan's first The Ritz-Carlton, the hotel has welcomed guests with heartfelt personal hospitality for over a quarter of a century. In 2025, it will earn the title of the only "Five-Star" hotel in Osaka for three consecutive years in the world-renowned travel guide "Forbes Travel Guide." Moving forward, we will continue to provide exceptional service as a flagship of luxury hotels in Japan.
During a temporary trip back to Japan, I stayed here with my mother who lives in Japan to celebrate my own birthday.Although I did not return on my actual birthday, I was truly touched by the celebration you arranged.I was also deeply impressed by everyone’s wonderful hospitality—it was an unforgettable experience.I used the fitness facilities twice during my stay, and the pool and jacuzzi were very comfortable and relaxing. I also appreciated that sunscreen was provided. I had forgotten to apply it, so it was a big help.This Hotel had been one I had always dreamed of staying at “at least once in my lifetime,” but now it is a Hotel I want to return to again and again. On my next trip back to Japan, I would love to stay here again.My mother, who traveled with me, was also very happy. It felt like a meaningful way to show her appreciation.Thank you so much for all the wonderful memories!

There was a small issue in the Room, but a specialist came right away and resolved it. As expected of The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka—we were truly impressed. Thank you for taking such great care of us! We will visit again!

The Ritz-Carlton Club Level, often referred to as "a Hotel within a Hotel," offers a memorable stay with personalized hospitality by dedicated concierges. The Club Lounge on the 34th floor, located at the heart of it all, is an elegant and refined space reminiscent of a noble residence, offering breathtaking views and unique, inspiring experiences. It is a space where gentlemen and ladies can enjoy a more beautiful and enriched daily life.
To warmly welcome our guests, we have incorporated colors such as orange, off-white, and warm gray for the wallpaper, and pink beige for the curtains. Above the headboard of the bed, we have installed a sculptural panel with a "floral" motif that has been beloved in our guest rooms since our opening, illuminated by indirect lighting. Together with the reflections from mirrors placed throughout, the entire Room is enveloped in warm light. We have added outlets and USB ports next to the headboard. In the closet, we have installed a chest where luggage can be placed on the top, creating a more convenient environment. The writing desk and bedside tables, which have been cherished by many guests over the years, continue the tradition of The Ritz-Carlton Osaka while adding new elements such as decorative walls and mirrors, harmonizing and refining them for the modern era.
Four restaurants offering French, Japanese, Chinese, and Italian cuisine, along with a bar and lounge. Each space is uniquely designed to provide a harmonious blend of seasonal ingredients and a sensory feast of culinary art. The French restaurant La Baie and the tempura restaurant Hanagaki have been awarded one star in the "Michelin Guide Kyoto, Osaka + Okayama 2021."
Surrounded by a lush green garden filled with light, our spa & fitness center features an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and training machines. At The Ritz-Carlton Spa, we offer a range of facial treatments and body care menus produced by the British spa brand ESPA.
