Hotel Emisia Sapporo

I was planning to stay in Sapporo and was looking for accommodation, but everything was expensive until I found this accommodation. It is conveniently located near Shin-Sapporo Station, with easy access to the subway for getting to the Susukino area. The room is clean, comfortable, and offers a great view. The staff at the reception were very pleasant, and the rotary made it easy to park cars, which was convenient for pick-ups. There is also a shop on the first floor, which was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The Room was very clean (unlike some Reviews that mention it feels old—I didn’t get that impression at all). All the staff were extremely polite and kind, and their smiles were wonderful.My mother, sister, and I stayed for two nights to attend my niece’s graduation ceremony, and my elderly mother was especially delighted.On the second day my niece joined us. Because it was a Reservation made in advance, we had been assigned a low floor, but thanks to your consideration you moved us to the same floor, which made me truly happy—I was deeply touched by your thoughtfulness.The breakfast we had been looking forward to so much, as well as the Chinese dinner at Senun, were both absolutely satisfying. The staff there were also very kind, which meant a lot to us.It felt like there were hardly any travelers from overseas, but I strongly hope this wonderful Hotel can remain a special reward for those of us working hard in Japan—and that the staff won’t be unnecessarily worn out—so please keep up this outstanding quality for years to come.Next time I will visit with my husband (he is foreign but works hard and pays taxes properly in Japan), so thank you in advance!From now on when I come to Hokkaido, staying at foreign-owned hotels is no longer an option for me.The price is almost too reasonable. I truly appreciate all of your company’s efforts.I know I’ve said it many times already, but we will definitely be back!
