  • It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed here to attend a live show. I arrived at Osaka Station early in the morning and wanted to leave my luggage, so I headed to the Hotel by limousine bus. From that moment, the driver, the bell staff, and everyone afterward were incredibly kind. Even before check-in, I felt it was a wonderful Hotel and truly looked forward to my stay. The view from the Room was amazing—I felt like I could see Osaka’s sparkling cityscape stretching endlessly. The Room had a very calm atmosphere, and the Heavenly Bed was absolutely fantastic. I wished I could have slept a little longer. When I asked at the front desk about women’s amenities, they kindly provided them, which I really appreciated. I don’t usually have many chances to visit a Hotel bar lounge, but since it was a special occasion, we were able to toast “cheers for your hard work,” and enjoy ourselves in an elegant, grown-up atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was also delicious across the board—it felt like there wasn’t enough time in just one morning. I would love to stay again.

  • It was very good.

    This was a repeat stay. I stayed with my mother on a Plan that allows access to and from the lounge.The property shows its age, but in a charming way, and the attentive service makes it very comfortable.The lounge is also nice, as the menu changes depending on the time of day. However, it was disappointing that it was full and we couldn’t go in at night. I thought it would be great if takeout were available for food as well as drinks.
