  • Attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere

    This was my first stay here in 10 years.The atmosphere and overall feel were wonderful.It was also great that the housekeeping staff greeted me with “Hello” whenever we passed each other.I ordered room service several times, and the phone staff were extremely polite and easy to understand, and the person who delivered it was very considerate as well. (When they brought the meal to the table, they moved the TV so it would be easier to see and asked if I needed anything.)It made me certain I’ll stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

    From March 21 to May 6, 2026, the Minatomirai Entrance on the Shuto Expressway Yokohane Line will be closed due to construction. As a result, heavy traffic is expected on surrounding roads, including around our Hotel.
